Bulk custom t-shirts with DTF (direct-to-film) printing are built for high-volume orders that still need to look sharp. DTF transfers your artwork in full, photo-quality colour and presses it into the garment, so every shirt in the run comes out clean, vivid and consistent. Because there are no screens to prepare, there is no setup fee — you simply pay per print, and the per-unit cost falls as your order grows.

DTF prints clean, full-colour detail on any garment colour — light or dark — with no loss of vibrancy. Gradients, photographs, fine text and intricate logos all reproduce faithfully. You can mix garment sizes freely across one order, and you can even run multiple different designs together, which is ideal when departments, roles or sponsors each need their own variation in a single batch.

Vinyl as an alternative

For bold single-colour text, squad numbers or metallic event branding, heat-press vinyl is also available and gives a wonderfully crisp, opaque finish. Where many shops would quote a per-colour setup charge to produce a logo, our DTF route avoids setup fees entirely, so detailed, multi-colour designs stay cost-effective at scale — that is the practical advantage of DTF for bulk work.

Sizing and consistency

We supply a broad range of t-shirt styles and sizes, from XS to 5XL, in cuts for men, women and children. Choose your preferred blank or let us recommend a comfortable, durable cotton or cotton-blend that holds colour well wash after wash. There is no minimum order, so you can place a trial run first and scale up with confidence.

Care and durability

DTF prints are flexible and long-lasting. Wash inside out at 30°C, skip the high-heat tumble dry, and avoid ironing directly on the print to keep colours bright across hundreds of wears.
