How the timeline works

   Place your order

   Choose the product, options and production speed.

2. 2

   Submit and approve artwork

   Production begins after artwork approval — not when the order is placed. Your production timeframe begins after your artwork proof has been approved.

3. 3

   Production

   Standard production: 1–2 working days after artwork approval. Same-day production is available on eligible products ordered and approved before 11am. After 11am, paid Priority Production may be available depending on workshop capacity.

4. 4

   Collection or dispatch

   Choose free London E1 collection, free standard UK delivery, next-working-day UK delivery, or international tracked delivery.

5. 5

   Delivery

   Courier time begins only after dispatch. Courier estimates begin from the dispatch date and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, remote postcodes or circumstances outside our control.

Your four options

The four timings, defined

Production time

The time required to print and prepare the product after artwork approval.

Dispatch time

The date on which the parcel leaves IT Wheel. Same-day dispatch means the order leaves our workshop that day. It does not mean same-day arrival outside London.

Delivery time

The courier's estimated transit time after dispatch. Standard UK delivery normally takes 3–4 working days after dispatch.

Collection time

The time when the customer can collect an order from the workshop. Collect from 18 Spelman Street, London E1 5LQ, near Brick Lane and Aldgate East.

Standard UK delivery

Free standard UK delivery on every order.

• Standard UK delivery normally takes 3–4 working days after dispatch.
• Orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked; you receive a tracking link at dispatch.
• Next-working-day UK delivery: £12 including VAT, after production and dispatch. Choose it at checkout when your deadline is tight.
• Courier delays outside our control (strikes, severe weather) can add time in rare cases — your tracking link always shows live status.

Standard production times

All production times count from artwork approval, not from the moment you place the order. We send a free digital proof first; nothing prints until you approve it.

Same-day production & collection

Same-day production available: Order and approve your artwork before 11am for same-day production on eligible products.

Same-day service is subject to product eligibility, artwork approval and production capacity.

• Stickers: Many standard vinyl-sticker jobs can be ready within one hour after artwork and availability are confirmed.
• Banners: Same-day banner production is available on selected sizes and configurations. Confirm availability through WhatsApp before ordering.

Collection from the workshop

Collect from 18 Spelman Street, London E1 5LQ, near Brick Lane and Aldgate East. Collection is free.

• Open 24 hours, Monday–Saturday. Closed Sunday.
• We confirm by email or WhatsApp when your order is ready — please wait for that confirmation before travelling.
• Get directions — we're near Brick Lane and Aldgate East, a short walk from Liverpool Street.

Bulk-order timelines

Bulk orders (10+ units) normally run 1–2 working days or confirmed quote from approved artwork, depending on quantity and garment availability. We normally confirm bulk quotations within one business day after receiving the full requirements and artwork. Start with the bulk quote calculator.
