Terms of Service
Last updated: 23 March 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website itwheel.co.uk and your purchase of products from IT Wheel Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales with its principal place of business in London, United Kingdom.
By placing an order or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our website or place an order.
2. Products and Services
We sell custom branded microphone covers, printed flyers, roll-up banners, and related promotional products. All products are made to order with custom printing based on your specifications.
We make every effort to display product colours and details as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in monitors and screens, actual colours may differ slightly from what you see on your device.
3. Ordering
3.1 Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products. We will send you an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. A binding contract between you and IT Wheel Ltd is formed when we dispatch your order or send you a dispatch confirmation.
3.2 Custom Products
For products requiring custom artwork (logos, designs), you are responsible for ensuring that uploaded files are of sufficient quality and resolution for printing. We may contact you if we believe the artwork quality is insufficient, but we are not obligated to do so.
3.3 Order Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring that all order details (including delivery address, product options, quantities, and uploaded artwork) are correct at the time of ordering. We cannot be held liable for errors in your order that result from incorrect information provided by you.
3.4 Order Cancellation
As our products are custom-made to your specifications, orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. If you wish to cancel an order before production starts, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Prices
All prices on our website are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
4.2 Payment
Payment is taken at the time of ordering via our secure payment processor, Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major payment methods supported by Stripe. All transactions are encrypted using SSL/TLS technology.
4.3 Failed Payments
If your payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed. We will notify you so you can try again or use an alternative payment method.
5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery Options
We offer various delivery options at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Production of custom items typically takes 3–5 working days before dispatch.
5.2 UK Delivery
Standard UK delivery is typically 3–5 working days after dispatch. Express delivery options may be available at checkout for an additional charge.
5.3 International Delivery
We ship internationally where available. International delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout. You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country.
5.4 Risk and Ownership
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of the products transfers to you upon full payment and delivery.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 Custom Products
Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 right to cancel within 14 days does not apply to bespoke or personalised goods. Custom printed items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or not as described.
6.2 Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged in transit, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at [email protected] with photographs of the issue. We will, at our discretion, offer a replacement or full refund.
6.3 Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a product is not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
7. Intellectual Property

You agree to indemnify and hold IT Wheel Ltd harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your upload of content that infringes any third party's intellectual property rights.
8. Limitation of Liability

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

If you are a consumer, you may also be entitled to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform or other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
