Most mic foams give you two printable surfaces — a front and a back. This one gives you four. It's a custom-fabricated square foam cover with a printable face on every side, designed for situations where the mic is filmed from more than one angle, or where you need to fit multiple logos (charity + sponsor, or two co-sponsors) without compromising any of them.

Custom-printed full colour across all four faces, premium foam construction, slips over standard vocal mic heads (SM58 and equivalents). £27.50, single-unit minimum, 2-3 working day turnaround.

Square foam vs. 4-sided rigid mic flag — which do you want?

We sell both. The difference: a 4-sided rigid mic flag (also £24.95) is a rigid clip-on cube that attaches to the mic shaft below the foam head — clean, formal, more "news desk" look. A 4-sided foam cover (this product, £27.50) replaces the foam windscreen itself — softer, fully integrated with the mic, more "live event" look. Foam wins when the mic gets handled a lot (handheld passes); rigid flag wins when the mic is on a stand and looks pristine. Order whichever matches your event vibe.

What you can print on it

Each of the four faces can carry a different design — or all four can carry the same brand if you want maximum consistency. Common layouts: main logo front + back, sponsor logos on the two side faces. Or for awards: event name front, year back, sponsors on the sides. Send vector artwork (SVG, AI) for crispest results; high-res PNG works. We mock up all four faces and email you for approval before printing.

Acoustic transparency

Same premium foam density as our standard windscreen — broadcast-grade. Slips over the mic head without changing the acoustic profile. Plosive rejection is actually slightly improved due to the additional outer layer. Print is applied to the outer surface only; the acoustic path through the foam is unchanged.

Does it fit any vocal mic?

Designed for the Shure SM58 and equivalent ball-grille handheld vocal mics. If your venue uses an unusual mic, send us the model — we'll confirm fit before producing.

Can I put different sponsors on each side?

Yes — that's exactly what this product was built for. Many awards/galas use front=main brand, back=event year, left side=sponsor A, right side=sponsor B. £0 extra for four distinct designs.

How long does the print last across 4 sides?

The print is sublimated into the foam, not surface-painted — it survives indefinitely under normal event use. UV exposure in storage is the only thing that gradually dulls colour. Most multi-event clients still use the same cover years later.

Will it look weird if there's text on all 4 sides?

Only if you let it. We proof every layout, and our default suggestion is to keep designs balanced — same font weight, similar visual density per face. Most cluttered designs are flagged during proofing, and we'll suggest tweaks before going to print.
