Ordering printed T-shirts in volume in London usually means a choice between cheap-but-slow online wholesalers and local shops with steep screen setup fees and high minimums. We're neither. IT Wheel prints bulk runs in-house at our Spelman Street workshop in E1, five minutes from Liverpool Street, using DTF (direct-to-film) and heat-press vinyl — so there's no screen to burn, no minimum order, and the per-shirt price still falls as the run grows. Whether you need ten matching staff tees or five hundred festival shirts, the same line prints them, and the same person checks every one before it's folded.
The big advantage of DTF for bulk is that it sidesteps the things that make traditional bulk printing expensive and slow. Screen printing charges a setup fee per colour, per design and only makes sense above a high minimum — which is why most bulk printers quote you a fortune for a two-colour logo on fifteen shirts. With DTF there are no screens at all: a full-colour logo, a photograph or a three-colour crest costs exactly the same to set up as a single word, and a run of fifteen is just as economical per shirt as a run of fifty. You get photo-quality detail, clean prints on any garment colour, and results that stay consistent from the first shirt to the last.

How bulk pricing works
Our T-shirts start at £14.95 for a single full-colour tee with no setup fees — and because we don't make screens, that headline price already includes the part most bulk printers charge extra for. As the quantity climbs, the per-shirt cost comes down: volume discounts kick in from around 5 units, and the more you order, the lower each print works out. A run of 50 is meaningfully cheaper per shirt than a run of 10, and a run of 200 cheaper again.
There are no hidden extras to catch you out. The same flat artwork handling covers a full-colour logo or a photograph, mixed sizes don't change the price, and a second print position (front and back, say) is simply costed per print rather than per new screen. Every shirt in a run is printed from the same file with the same press settings, so colours, placement and sizing match shirt-for-shirt — the first tee and the five-hundredth look identical. Reorders print to the same spec.
Turnaround you can plan around
Standard bulk turnaround is 1–2 working days after artwork approval from approved artwork, with rush slots available most weeks. Got a fixed event date? Tell us up front and we'll confirm it before you commit.

Collect the whole order free from our E1 workshop, or get free UK delivery on every order. Smaller runs ordered by 11am can be dispatched or collected the same day — for large same-day runs (40+) WhatsApp first so we can confirm capacity.
Bulk T-shirt printing across East & City London
Our workshop sits on Spelman Street in E1, on the edge of Spitalfields, which puts us within easy reach of the businesses, clubs and events that order in volume. We're five minutes from Liverpool Street and a short walk from Shoreditch, Aldgate and the City of London, with Hackney and the wider borough of Tower Hamlets a few minutes further out. Local teams collect their boxes in person; everyone else gets the whole order delivered free across the UK.
