Trade accounts

You shouldn't be buying studio kit on a personal card

Radio stations, podcast networks, agencies and university media departments already order custom mic covers and flags from us — usually four or eight at a time, usually on someone's own debit card, usually re-uploading the same logo they sent last time.

A trade account fixes all three.

No fee · no minimum spend · no contract · a real person replies within one business day

What you get

🧾

Pay on invoice

Approved accounts get 30-day terms, so orders go through procurement instead of a producer's own card. Purchase-order numbers welcome on every invoice.

📁

Your logo on file

Send artwork once. Every reorder after that uses the exact same print file — no re-upload, no colour drift between batches.

💬

Reorder in one message

WhatsApp or email us "another six SM7B covers" and we run it. No basket, no re-briefing, no explaining who you are.

📉

Volume pricing

Quantity savings apply automatically from two units up, and larger standing orders get a named trade rate agreed with you directly.

Built for rooms with more than one microphone

A four-person podcast table is four covers. A radio station is every studio, every guest mic and every outside-broadcast kit. Foam covers are consumables — they get handled, they get travelled with, and eventually they get replaced. That is a standing order, not a one-off purchase.

Podcast & recording studios

Matching covers on every mic at the table, plus branded flags for video. Replace a set without re-briefing us.

Radio & TV stations

Station branding across studios, guest positions and OB kits. Invoice terms and PO numbers as standard.

Media & marketing agencies

Client-branded covers for shoots and events — we hold each client logo separately so nothing gets crossed.

Universities & colleges

Media and journalism departments kitting out teaching studios. Invoicing suits institutional purchasing.

Churches & venues

Branded windshields across the AV rack, replaced as a set rather than piecemeal.

Corporate comms & events

Internal podcasts, town halls and conference panels — branded to the company, delivered UK-wide.

How it works

  1. 1

    Apply below

Takes about a minute. We mainly need to know who you are and roughly how many microphones you look after.

  2. 2

    We call or email you

Within one business day. We agree your trade rate, and whether you need invoicing — that part is a conversation, not an algorithm.

  3. 3

    Send your artwork once

We prepare the print file, send you a free proof, and keep the file on record under your account.

  4. 4

    Reorder by message

From then on it is a sentence. Same file, same colours, invoiced if that is how you are set up.

Apply for a trade account

No fee, no minimum, no contract. If it turns out a trade account isn't right for you, we'll say so.

We only use these details to set up your account. No marketing list, no sharing.

Trade account questions

Is there a minimum order or a fee?

No to both. There is no joining fee, no minimum spend and no contract. If you only order twice a year, the account still saves you re-uploading artwork and re-explaining who you are.

Can we really pay on invoice?

For approved accounts, yes — 30-day terms, and we will put your purchase-order number on the invoice. We agree this with you when you apply; new accounts sometimes start on card for the first order while we set things up.

How much cheaper is trade pricing?

Quantity savings already apply automatically from two units upward on the website. Trade accounts with regular standing orders get a named rate agreed directly — it depends on volume, so we would rather discuss it honestly than post a number we cannot hold.

Do you keep our artwork secure?

Your print file is held against your account and used only for your orders. Agencies running several clients get each logo held separately so nothing gets crossed between jobs.

Which microphones can you cover?

Shure SM7B and MV7, Rode PodMic and Wireless GO II, Blue Yeti, plus standard foam windscreens and four-sided broadcast mic flags. If you run something unusual, send us the model and we will tell you honestly whether we can cover it.

We are outside London — does that matter?

Not at all. Covers post in a small parcel with free UK delivery, so most of our studio and broadcast customers never visit. Collection from our E1 workshop is there if you happen to be nearby.
