Custom Logo T-Shirt

Garment and fit

The base is a 180gsm ringspun cotton tee — a mid-weight that holds its shape, sits well on the body and survives regular washing without going thin or shapeless. Ringspun yarn is spun tighter than standard cotton, so the surface is smoother and the print lands crisp and even. It comes in sizes XS to 3XL and a range of colours, so you can match a brand palette or kit out a mixed team in one consistent style. How we print it

Logos with gradients, photographic detail or several colours are printed with DTF (direct-to-film), a full-colour transfer that's heat-pressed into the fabric. DTF reproduces fine lines, small text and colour blends accurately, and the finish stays soft to the touch rather than sitting on the shirt like a thick rubbery patch. For bold single-colour wordmarks or a metallic look, we use heat-press vinyl, which gives clean, solid edges. We'll recommend whichever method suits your specific artwork when we send your proof.

Care and durability

Wash inside out at 30°C, avoid tumble drying on high heat, and don't iron directly over the print. Treated this way, the design stays bright and crack-free through the everyday wash cycles a working uniform or team tee goes through.
