What is the difference between your paper and plastic business cards?
Paper cards (450gsm silk or 350gsm uncoated) are the classic networking card — premium feel, great for corporate identity, loyalty and appointment cards. Plastic PVC cards are credit-card-thick and waterproof, built to last in a wallet, card holder or on a lanyard — the right choice for staff ID, membership and visitor passes.
What sizes, paper weights and finishes can I choose?
Standard paper cards are 85mm × 55mm on your choice of 450gsm silk (thicker than the industry norm — rigid and professional) or 350gsm uncoated (a natural, writable finish). Add matt, gloss or soft-touch lamination, single- or double-sided printing, and square or rounded corners. PVC plastic cards are credit-card size, 85mm × 54mm.
Can you print plastic staff ID cards, name badges and membership cards?
Yes. Our custom PVC cards are full-colour, single or double sided, from £7.99 — perfect for photo ID badges, membership, loyalty, visitor passes and staff onboarding kits. Choose Standard (edge-to-edge) or Premium off-edge print for a borderless finish. Note: we do not print fake or official documents such as driving licences, SIA licences, bus passes or proof-of-age cards.
Can I collect my business cards the same day in London?
Yes — same-day collection from our E1 5LQ workshop is free if you order and approve your proof before 11am. Free UK delivery is included on every order, and next-day UK delivery is available too.
Do you design the card for me, or do I supply print-ready artwork?
Either works. Send us your logo, details and any staff names or photos after ordering and we will create a draft design for your approval before anything is printed. If you already have print-ready artwork, vector files (PDF, AI, EPS, SVG) or 300dpi images print best — we proof every file first.
