Standard production takes 1–2 working days after artwork approval.
Same-day production is available on eligible products ordered and approved before 11am, subject to stock and workshop capacity.
Paid Priority Production may still be available after the standard cut-off, depending on the product, quantity, artwork and remaining production capacity. It is never guaranteed — today's actual availability is shown in the banner at the top of every page, and we confirm before taking a priority fee.
Priority Production is an additional service for urgent orders that need to be moved ahead within the workshop schedule. The fee and availability depend on the order requirements and remaining capacity.
Free standard UK delivery normally takes 3–4 working days after dispatch. Production time applies before dispatch.
Not automatically. The £12 next-working-day service begins after production is complete and the order has been dispatched.

International tracked delivery starts from £12. The final price and estimated delivery time are calculated at checkout according to the destination and parcel size.
No. Customs duties, import VAT and local handling charges are normally payable by the recipient where applicable.
We accept common image and design formats including PNG (transparent background), PDF, AI and SVG. Vector artwork or a high-resolution transparent file normally gives the best result.
We offer covers for standard handheld mics (SM58 etc.), Rode Wireless Go II, Shure SM7B, Shure MV7/MV7X/MV7+, and more. Check individual product pages for compatibility details.
Yes, and it applies automatically in the basket — nothing to ask for and no code to enter. 2–10 items save 5%, 11–20 save 8%, 21–50 save 10%, 51–100 save 15%, and 101+ save 20%. The discount is worked out per product line, so ten of one item earns the tier even if the rest of your basket is smaller. Bulk pricing replaces other discounts rather than adding to them: if you have a discount code, it will not also apply to a bulk-priced order — you get the bulk saving, and your code stays valid for another order. For very large runs or anything unusual, email [email protected] and we will quote it directly.
