Free standard UK delivery normally takes 3–4 working days after dispatch. Production time applies before dispatch.

Not automatically. The £12 next-working-day service begins after production is complete and the order has been dispatched.

No. Customs duties, import VAT and local handling charges are normally payable by the recipient where applicable.

We accept common image and design formats including PNG (transparent background), PDF, AI and SVG. Vector artwork or a high-resolution transparent file normally gives the best result.
