Vinyl Print T-Shirt

A vinyl print t-shirt is the right choice when you want a bold, single-colour graphic that looks crisp from across a room. At our London workshop we cut your design from premium heat-press vinyl and press it permanently into the fabric, giving you the cleanest possible edges on logos, large text, numbers and slogans. If a flat, solid block of colour matters more than photographic detail, this is the method that delivers it every time.

Heat-press vinyl is loved for its opacity and sharpness. Unlike a printed-on graphic, the colour sits as a continuous, even layer, so a white logo stays brilliant white and a black design stays dense black, whatever the colour of the t-shirt underneath. That makes it ideal for staff and event wear, sports and squad numbers, hen and stag parties, club nights, hashtags, charity walks and any job where one or two punchy colours carry the message.

Finishes and colours

Choose a gloss or matte finish to suit the look you are after, plus premium metallic options including gold, silver and rose gold for weddings, launches and standout event pieces. Because each colour is cut and pressed separately, vinyl works best for designs of one or two colours. If your artwork is photo-realistic, contains gradients, or needs full colour, our DTF-printed t-shirts are the better route — full-colour direct-to-film transfer handles unlimited colours and fine detail with ease.

Sizing and garments

We print on a wide range of t-shirt styles and sizes, from XS to 5XL, in fitted and relaxed cuts for men, women and children. Tell us your preferred brand and colour, or let us recommend a soft, hard-wearing cotton blank that takes vinyl beautifully. There is no minimum order — a single t-shirt is perfectly welcome.

Care and durability

Pressed vinyl is extremely robust. Wash inside out at 30°C, avoid tumble drying on high heat, and do not iron directly over the design, and it will stay flexible and intact for years of regular wear.
