Looking for printed polo shirts in London? We brand polos in-house at our Spelman Street workshop in E1, five minutes from Liverpool Street — so there's no courier hand-off and no waiting on an outside supplier. Send your logo, approve the proof we send back, and we print, press and quality-check the order ourselves. Whether it's one polo for a new starter or a full staff rollout in matching colours, you order online any time and collect locally or have it posted free across the UK.
Where most polo suppliers embroider, we print — full-colour DTF (direct-to-film) transfers and heat-press vinyl, never stitching. That's a deliberate choice: printing reproduces your exact logo in photographic detail, including gradients, fine text and tightly-spaced colours that thread simply can't hold. There's no digitising fee, no per-colour charge and no high minimum, so a single one-off polo costs the same per print as the fiftieth. Prints from £14.95, single-garment minimum, no setup fees.
What we print on your polos
From a discreet chest logo to a bold back print, here's how a typical branded polo comes together.
Logo placements
Left chest for the classic uniform look, a larger back print for trade and event visibility, and sleeve prints for a second logo, web address or sponsor. Mix placements on the same shirt — left-chest logo plus a back URL is our most-ordered combination.
Garments & sizes
Cotton, poly-cotton and moisture-wicking performance polos, from kids' sizes through to 5XL, in men's and women's fits. Bring your own polos and we'll just print them, or order garment-and-print together as one job.
Colours & brand match
Polos are stocked in a wide range of colours so the whole team looks consistent. DTF reproduces your exact logo colours on light or dark garments, and we colour-match vinyl lettering. Add staff names, roles or departments per shirt at no setup cost.

Who we brand polos for
Polos are the workhorse of branded apparel — smarter than a tee, tougher than a shirt. These are the teams we print them for most:
Staff & trade uniforms
A consistent, professional look for shop-floor, delivery and front-of-house teams.
Hospitality & events
Cafés, bars, venues and crew — smart polos that look the part on a long shift.
Golf & club days
Performance polos for golf days, members' clubs and society outings, with crest and sponsor.
Corporate & exhibitions
Stand staff, expos and casual-Friday team kit, branded and ready to a deadline.
Tradespeople
Hard-wearing printed workwear for builders, electricians and fitters that survives the job.
Schools & academies
Staff, department and PE polos printed to spec in your colours.
Prints built to survive the wash
A work polo earns its keep — it gets worn hard and washed often, so the print has to last. Our DTF and vinyl transfers are heat-pressed into the fabric at high temperature and pressure, bonding the design to the fibres rather than sitting on top of them. The result is a print that flexes with the shirt, won't crack across the chest, and holds its colour through repeated commercial laundering. The finish stays soft to the touch, so a left-chest logo never feels like a stiff plastic patch.
To get the most life out of them: wash inside-out at 30°C, avoid fabric softener, and tumble dry low or hang to dry. Don't iron directly over the print — iron inside-out or press a cloth over it. Looked after this way, a printed polo comfortably outlasts the garment's working life, which is exactly why printing makes sense for uniforms you'll re-order season after season.
Polo printing in the heart of the City & East London
Our workshop is on Spelman Street in E1, on the edge of Spitalfields, which puts us minutes from the businesses that order branded polos most. We're a five-minute walk from Liverpool Street, close to Shoreditch, Aldgate, Brick Lane and the offices, bars and venues of the City of London, and right inside Tower Hamlets. If you're nearby you can approve your proof and collect the finished polos from our E1 workshop from 3pm the same day — order by 11am, subject to garment stock.
Further out across London or anywhere in the UK? We post the whole order with free UK delivery over £20 on standard 3–5 working-day turnaround. Either way you're dealing with the people actually printing your shirts, not a call-centre middleman — which is what keeps proofs fast, re-orders consistent and the quality in our own hands.
