Full-colour DTF printing

We print every Birthday Party T-Shirt using DTF (direct-to-film) full-colour transfer. DTF handles busy, colourful party designs effortlessly — multiple colours, photos, gradients and fine text all print in one crisp pass, with a soft full-colour finish that sits comfortably on the shirt. It's ideal when each tee in a group order is slightly different, because there are no per-colour or per-screen costs to worry about. For a stripped-back, bold single-colour design we can also use heat-press vinyl, but for the typical vibrant birthday layout, DTF is the way to go.

Sizing, bulk pricing and care

Order a one-off for the birthday star or shirts for the entire crew — there's a single-garment minimum and no setup fees, so small orders are completely fine. For full group orders, bulk pricing kicks in at 10+ units, making matching sets genuinely affordable. We carry a full range of sizes for adults and can mix sizes freely across a single order. The shirts are machine washable; wash inside out at 30°C and avoid ironing directly over the print, and a quality DTF transfer will stay bright and crack-resistant wash after wash — long enough to wear it again next year.
