The most common style — a sleeve of high-density open-cell foam that slips over the microphone capsule. Print wraps around the full 360°, so the logo is visible from every camera angle. Ideal for podcasters, streamers, and tabletop interview setups.

2. Square / interview foam covers

Used by news reporters and broadcasters. Flat sides give a much larger logo area — your brand prints across the whole face of the cover. Perfect when you want the logo to read from across a press conference room or in a TV news cutaway.

Print quality: what matters

We use direct-to-foam dye sublimation, which means:

• Full CMYK — match a brand colour exactly, including light pastels and dark navys
• Vibrant whites preserved — print doesn't grey out like screen printing does on dark foam
• No edge degradation — print resolution is foam-cell limited (~150 DPI), so logos read crisply at any size

You don't need to vector your logo for us. We accept PNG, JPG, SVG, AI, EPS, and PDF. If your logo has thin strokes (under 1pt), we'll flag it during proofing — at this print resolution, hair-thin lines disappear into the foam texture.

How long does it take?

• Single units (1–5 covers): 2–3 business days from artwork approval, dispatched from London

File preparation tips

1. Send the highest-resolution version you have — we'd rather scale down a 4000px logo than up a 400px one
2. Transparent backgrounds are best — we'll print the foam in your background colour and your logo on top
3. Tell us the exact Pantone or HEX if brand colour matters — we can match within ΔE < 2
4. Vector beats raster for type — if you have an Illustrator file with type, send the original

Common questions

Will it muffle my mic? No. The foam thickness is identical to your stock windscreen, and dye sublimation doesn't add any material to the foam. Audio passes through unchanged.
