A smart, reusable name badge without a single pin hole in the uniform. Each badge is a smooth 5 cm round MDF disc, printed edge to edge in full colour with your name, role and logo, and fastened with a strong magnetic backing that holds firmly even through jackets and thick workwear.
The print is dye-sublimated into the coated surface — not a paper insert behind plastic — so it won’t peel at the edges or fade behind a scuffed window. Every badge in the order can carry a different name at no extra cost, and there’s no minimum: order one replacement badge or kit out the whole front-of-house team.
Who these are for
- Hospitality & retail — cafés, restaurants, salons and shops that want staff looking sharp without pinning through shirts.
- Care homes & clinics — friendly, legible names residents and patients can actually read.
- Events & exhibitions — teams, volunteers and stand staff, branded to match the banner.
- Offices & schools — front desk, visitors’ days, open evenings.
Bulk pricing
£6.99 each for 1–5 badges, £4.45 each for 6–20, and £3.50 each from 21 badges — the discount applies automatically in the basket.
Send your logo and a list of names (a simple typed list is fine) and we’ll lay the badges out for you and send a free digital proof before anything is printed. Standard production is 1–2 working days after artwork approval, with free UK delivery — and express production is available if your event is sooner. Collection from our London E1 workshop is free.
Need the classic bar shape instead? We also print a 77 × 31 mm rectangular magnetic badge — the traditional format for name-and-role layouts.
