Custom baseball caps are printed here in London E1 with your text or logo on the front panel: heat-press vinyl for bold single-colour names and logos, DTF transfer for full-colour artwork. There is no minimum order, so one personalised cap for a birthday, a stag or hen weekend, or a set of custom caps for a crew, a stall or a team all cost the same per cap at the quantity you order. We do not embroider; the print is flat, sharp and washable.
Custom caps in the UK: how to order
Choose the cap, upload the artwork or type the text you want, and we send a free digital proof showing it on the front panel. After you approve it, printing takes one to two working days, with a paid next-day option when a date is close. Standard UK delivery is free and takes three to four working days after dispatch, or collect from Spelman Street in E1.
