The Rode Wireless GO II is the wireless lavalier system that took over YouTube, vlogging, and run-and-gun documentary work since 2021. Two clip-on transmitters, one receiver, no cables, hours of battery life — it's why so much modern content sounds clean even in the chaos of a city street. This is the branded foam windshield built specifically for it: full-colour print on the windshield that clips onto every Wireless GO II transmitter, in any layout you want.

Sound quality preserved

The Wireless GO II's onboard mic is a small omni capsule under the clip-on grille. Our foam windshield matches the OEM Rode "Furry" / "DeadCat" density on the windscreen face — it adds wind noise rejection (huge for outdoor work) without changing the in-room sound character. Print is on the outer surface only; the acoustic path is unchanged.

Anything in full colour: channel name, vlog handle, brand logo, sponsor lockup, or custom illustration. Send vector artwork for the sharpest results; high-res PNG works. We email you a free mockup before printing. The print is sublimated into the foam — doesn't peel, doesn't crack, survives being clipped on and off countless times.

Fits the Rode Wireless GO II and the original Rode Wireless GO transmitters (same physical form factor). It also fits the Wireless ME transmitter. Does NOT fit larger systems like the Wireless Pro or third-party lavaliers — we have separate listings for those. Durability and care

Built for repeated clip-on/clip-off use, surviving being thrown in pocket pouches, gripped, and the general life of run-and-gun shooting. Spot-clean with a damp cloth between shoots. Most field producers report no visible wear after dozens of shoots. Re-orders cost the same as the first — no setup fee.

Will it muffle the Wireless GO II mic?

No — the foam density matches Rode's OEM windshield. It actually IMPROVES outdoor performance by reducing wind buffeting on the small onboard capsule. In-room sound is unchanged.

Can I have different designs on each of the two transmitters?

Yes — buy two units, design A on transmitter 1, design B on transmitter 2. Many vloggers put their channel logo on one and a sponsor logo on the other. £0 extra for distinct artwork.

Does it fit the original Wireless GO (not GO II)?

Yes — both have the same physical transmitter housing. Also fits the Wireless ME.

Will the print survive being clipped on and off all day?

Yes. Print is sublimated into the foam fibres, not surface-painted. Doesn't peel or crack with clip-on/clip-off cycles. Field producers using these daily report no print degradation 12+ months in.
