Personalised T-Shirts & Custom T-Shirts UK — Printed in London

T-shirt printing in London, done in-house at our East London workshop and shipped across the UK, free on orders over £20. Custom printed t-shirts for teams, events, businesses, birthdays, hen parties, sports clubs and workwear — from a single tee to a bulk run of hundreds. Standard tees are buyable online from £14.95 (baby tees from £12.95): pick a size from S to 2XL and a colour (white, black, navy or grey), add your logo or design, and we send a free digital proof before anything is pressed. Every shirt is printed with DTF transfer or heat-press vinyl — full-colour, wash-safe and soft — on the front, the back, or both (both sides is £6 per shirt). Work t-shirts with logo for staff and trade teams, custom sports team t-shirts with names and numbers, photo tees and personalised gifts all use the same process. No setup fees, single-unit minimum, and automatic volume discounts from the second shirt; for bulk t-shirt printing of 10 or more, request a quote and we price the exact garment and print. Standard production is 1–2 working days after artwork approval with free tracked UK delivery on orders over £20, express production is available when a date is close, and collection from London E1 is free — with a dedicated same-day t-shirt printing service when you order before 11am. Bring your own garments? We print on t-shirts, hoodies and workwear you supply from £12 per side, with the same free proof first.

Custom t shirts UK-wide: every tee is printed in our London workshop with DTF transfer or heat-press vinyl (no screen printing or embroidery, so no setup fees and no minimum order), with a 1–2 working day lead time after proof approval and free tracked delivery to any UK address.

Can I order just one T-shirt?

Yes. Standard tees are buyable online with a single-unit minimum — pick a size and colour and add to basket, from £14.95 (baby tees £12.95). No batch order or quote needed. Bulk and matching sets are priced by quick quote.

What printing method do you use on T-shirts?

We print by DTF (direct-to-film) transfer and heat-press vinyl — both give full-colour, durable, wash-safe results. We do not offer embroidery, screen printing or DTG, so we can be honest about what your design will actually look like.

Can I get same-day T-shirt printing in London?

Yes — through our dedicated Same-Day London T-Shirt Print, from £20. Order it and approve your artwork before 11am and you can normally collect from our E1 5LQ workshop from mid-afternoon, subject to confirmation and workshop capacity. Our standard custom t-shirts (from £14.95) are produced in 1–2 working days after artwork approval, not the same day. Free UK delivery is available on every order.

Can you print the front and the back?

Yes. At checkout you can choose one-side or double-sided printing and upload a separate design for the back, so you can put a logo on the chest and a bigger graphic or name on the back.

What sizes and colours are available?

Adult tees come in S to 2XL in White, Black, Navy and Grey, plus baby sizes on the baby tee. Every order gets a free design proof before printing so you can check the colour and placement first.

Can I bring my own garments to be printed?

Yes — bring your own garments and we print on those instead, from £8.95 per print. T-shirts, hoodies, polos and workwear you already own all work if they are cotton or a cotton blend. Post them to us or drop them at the London E1 workshop, and we send a free digital proof before anything is pressed.

Custom t-shirts in the UK: how to get a print you will actually wear

Custom t-shirt printing has one trap: it is easy to buy cheaply and end up with a tee nobody wears. The garment, the print method and the artwork decide that, so here is how each one works at IT Wheel.

One t-shirt or a thousand, same process

There is no minimum order and no setup fee, because we print with DTF transfer and heat-press vinyl rather than screens. One personalised t-shirt for a birthday, five matching tees for a hen weekend and three hundred for a staff event all go through the same steps: pick a tee, upload the artwork, approve a free proof, and we press it. The price per shirt drops automatically as the quantity rises, and the quantity table on every product shows exactly where the breaks are.

Which tee to choose

DTF or vinyl, and why not screen printing

DTF (direct-to-film) prints the whole design, any number of colours, onto a transfer film that is heat-pressed into the fabric. It is how photos, gradients and detailed logos are printed, and it feels soft once washed. Heat-press vinyl cuts solid shapes and text from coloured film and presses them on; it is slightly raised, very durable and ideal for names, numbers and one-colour logos. We do not screen print, DTG or embroider. Screen printing only becomes cheaper per shirt at several hundred units of one design, and it needs a screen per colour, which is where setup fees come from. For everything under that, DTF gives the same result without the fees.

Artwork and sizing

Send a vector file (SVG, PDF, AI, EPS) or a PNG with a transparent background at 300 dpi. A full front print is usually 25 to 30 cm wide on an adult tee and about 10 cm for a left-chest logo; we size it to the garment and show the placement on the proof. Light artwork on dark tees prints with a white underbase automatically, so a white logo on a black shirt comes out white, not grey.

Care

Wash inside out at 30 °C, avoid hot tumble drying, and never iron directly over the print. Our prints are made to survive a season of weekly washing; if one fails under normal care, we reprint it.

Delivery across the UK, collection in London

Standard UK delivery is free on every order and takes three to four working days after dispatch, so a custom t-shirt ordered in Manchester, Glasgow or Cardiff costs the same as one collected from the shop. Production is one to two working days after you approve the proof, with a paid next-day option. In London, collect from 18 Spelman Street, E1 5LQ, a few minutes from Aldgate East and Liverpool Street. For bulk runs, staff kits and anything over 50 shirts, the bulk t-shirt printing page explains how pricing works, or ask for a quote.
