Personalised football shirts — names, numbers and your crest
Five-a-side sides, Sunday league squads, school teams, stag-do tournaments and charity matches. Send the squad list and the crest; we print every shirt individually in full colour, mixed sizes in one order. From £18.95 a shirt, no setup fees.
Free digital proof · any name and number per shirt · adult S–2XL and kids' sizes · same-day London collection when you order by 11am · 18 Spelman Street, E1 5LQ
Personalised football shirts used to mean a minimum of twenty, a screen-setup fee and a three-week wait. We print them one at a time with DTF (direct-to-film) transfer at our Spelman Street workshop in London E1, so a squad of nine, a five-a-side team with two subs, or a single shirt for a new signing all cost the same per print and ship in 1–2 working days after you approve the proof.
Full colour means the club crest prints as drawn — gradients, gold trim, a sponsor's logo — rather than being simplified to one flat colour. Names and numbers are set in a proper sports number font, centred on the back, and every shirt in the order can be a different size and a different name at no extra cost. We also do not embroider, screen print or DTG: everything is DTF transfer or heat-press vinyl, which is why there is no setup fee.
How a team order works
Pick the shirt
Choose the colour and sizes on the product page — adult S to 2XL plus kids' sizes — or tell us you are sending your own match shirts.
Send the squad list
Name, number and size per player, plus the crest and any sponsor logo. A phone photo of the team sheet is fine.
Approve the proof
We lay out the front and back and send a free digital proof. Check spellings and numbers; nothing prints until you say yes.
Collect or delivered
1–2 working days after approval with free tracked UK delivery, or same-day collection from E1 when you order by 11am.

Frequently asked
How much do personalised football shirts cost?
From £18.95 per shirt including the crest, a name and a number, with no setup fees and no artwork charge for simple text. The price per shirt drops automatically as the squad grows — a full team of 11 to 15 shirts is noticeably cheaper per shirt than one or two. Add a second print position (a sponsor on the back, a number on the sleeve) from £5.
Can every shirt have a different name and number?
Yes — that is the normal order. Send us the squad list (name, number, size) and each shirt is printed individually, so mixed sizes and a different back on every shirt cost nothing extra.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One replacement shirt for a new signing, or a whole squad plus subs and a coach — the same price grid applies and every order gets a free digital proof before printing.
What are the shirts made of?
Our stock team tee is a soft 100% cotton or cotton-blend shirt in a full colour range, printed with DTF (direct-to-film) transfer that stretches with the fabric and survives the wash. If your club already has polyester match shirts, send them in and we print names and numbers onto those instead: £12 per shirt for one side, £5 for each extra side.
Do you do club crests and sponsor logos?
Yes. Send the crest and sponsor files (PNG, PDF, SVG or a sharp JPG) and we place them where you want them — left chest, centre, sleeve or back. We lay out names and numbers in a proper sports number font for free.
How fast can I get a team order?
Standard production is 1–2 working days after you approve the proof, with free tracked UK delivery. Need them for the weekend? Order by 11am and collect the same day from our workshop at 18 Spelman Street, London E1, or choose paid express production for posted orders.
Can I order kids' sizes for a youth team?
Yes — kids' and youth sizes are available alongside adult S to 2XL, so a parents-and-kids tournament or a school team can be printed as one order with one proof.
Will the print last through a season?
DTF transfers are heat-pressed into the fabric rather than sitting on top, so names and numbers do not peel or crack with weekly washing. Wash inside out at 30°C and avoid ironing directly over the print.
