Will it affect MV7 sound quality?

No. Our foam matches the OEM windscreen density Shure ships with the MV7. Acoustic transparency is preserved end-to-end — the MV7's signature warmth and midrange clarity stays exactly the same. The print is applied to the outer foam surface only; the acoustic path through to the capsule is unchanged. If anything, the extra foam thickness gives modestly improved plosive rejection on hard consonants.

We email a free mockup before printing — you approve the layout, position, and crop before anything goes to production. The print is sublimated into the foam and doesn't peel or crack with handling.

MV7 vs. MV7X vs. MV7+

This cover fits the standard Shure MV7 (USB-C + XLR). It also fits the MV7+ (newer model, same housing) and the MV7X (XLR-only variant — identical windscreen). It does NOT fit the smaller MV7i (different form factor). If you're not sure which MV7 variant you have, the cylindrical windscreen profile is the giveaway — all three "main" MV7 models use the same windscreen and the same cover.

Durability and care

Built for daily studio/streaming use. Survives being knocked, tossed in a desk drawer, and the general life of a working creator mic. Spot-clean with a damp cloth if needed; avoid soaking. Most clients tell us their cover still looks new 2 years in. Re-orders cost the same as the first one — no setup fee for repeat prints (handy if you rebrand or want different designs for different show seasons).

Will it fit my MV7?

Yes — fits the MV7, MV7+, and MV7X (all use the same windscreen). It will not fit the smaller MV7i or the larger SM7B (we have separate listings for each).

Can I have a different design on each side?

Yes — many creators put their channel name on the front and a sponsor logo on the back. £0 extra for asymmetric artwork. Send both designs and we'll mock up both sides for your approval.

Will it affect my sound quality?

No. The foam density matches Shure's OEM windscreen. Frequency response, plosive rejection, and acoustic transparency are all preserved. Slight bonus: marginally better plosive control on hard P's and B's.

How long does the print last?

Indefinitely under normal use. The print is sublimated into the foam fibres, not surface-printed — it doesn't peel, crack, or fade in normal studio/streaming conditions. UV exposure (e.g. left in a sunny window for months) is the only thing that gradually dulls the colour.
