Do you offer discounts for registered charities?
Yes — message us via WhatsApp with your charity number (UK Charity Commission or equivalent) and we'll apply a charity rate. We work with small UK charities regularly.
Can we put the charity logo + a sponsor logo on the same cover?
Yes — a 4-sided mic flag is perfect for this: main charity logo on the front, sponsor logos on the sides. We proof every layout before printing.
How fast can you produce for a gala / auction date?
1–2 working days after artwork approval (standard). Same-day London collection if ordered by 11am. For a fixed gala date, message ahead and we'll confirm feasibility.
Can we re-use the covers across multiple events?
Absolutely. Foam covers last for years of repeated use — many charities order once and use across a full season of events.
Will the cover work with the venue's rented mics?
Most galas use Shure SM58 (handheld vocal). Our standard foam fits the SM58 and equivalent vocal mics. For unusual venue mics, send the model.
