Mic flags and wireless covers for a national mobile network
Two orders four days apart: four 4-sided broadcast mic flags, then four white Wireless GO covers once the first set landed.

- The brief
- Hand-held interviews at brand events, where the microphone is held at arm’s length and seen from whichever side the camera happens to be on.
- What we made
- 4 × 4-sided broadcast mic flags, then four days later 4 × Rode Wireless GO covers in white for the clip-on mics used in the same shoots.
- Why four sides
- A flat mic flag is only branded from one angle. A 4-sided box reads the same from every camera position, which is what you want when you do not control where the crew stands.
- The reorder
- The second order came four days after the first. That is usually the sign a job worked: the team saw the flags on set and wanted the lapel mics to match.
The result
Interview footage from brand events now carries the network mark whichever side the camera is on, on both the hand-held and the clip-on microphones.
