Personalised Stickers & Custom Sticker Printing

Custom stickers and custom vinyl stickers printed in London and delivered free across the UK. We print vinyl logo stickers, die-cut stickers, transparent (clear) stickers, holographic stickers, sticker sheets, laminated bumper stickers, laptop sticker packs, roll-format product labels, large window and wall decals and anti-slip floor decals — every one on durable weatherproof vinyl, cut to any shape from your artwork, in full colour. Prices start at £4.95. Some stickers are sold singly and some in fixed packs (logo stickers in packs of 10, laptop stickers in packs of 4, die-cut bulk packs of 60); each product page states its exact minimum and what the price covers, and there is no minimum beyond the pack itself. Send a logo — vector ideally, a good PNG works — and we send a free digital proof before anything is printed. Sticker printing in London is one of the fastest things we do: standard production is 1–2 working days after artwork approval with free tracked UK delivery on orders over £20, and same-day sticker collection from our E1 workshop near Liverpool Street is available when you order before 11am — often within the hour for simple jobs. Automatic bulk discounts apply in the basket. Not sure whether you need standard vinyl, clear, holographic or laminated? Our sticker material guide on the blog explains which survives dishwashers, cars and weather.

Not sure which material suits your job? Order a single pack as a sample pack — white vinyl, clear, holographic or kraft paper — then upload your design in any shape and size, or choose kiss cut stickers on a backing sheet and roll labels for packaging lines.

Is there a minimum order for stickers?

No batch minimum — there is a single-unit minimum and no quote needed. Custom bumper stickers start at £4.95 and custom logo vinyl stickers at £6.95, with automatic discounts as quantity rises.

Are your stickers waterproof?

Yes. Stickers are printed on durable, weatherproof vinyl that stands up to laptops, water bottles, cars, packaging and outdoor use. Floor decals use an anti-slip laminate rated for foot traffic.

Can you cut stickers to a custom shape?

Yes. Die-cut stickers (from £11.95) are cut to the exact outline of your logo or design. We also make sheets of mixed designs, clear/transparent stickers, holographic stickers, large wall and window decals, and roll-format product labels.

Can I get stickers same-day in London?

Yes — stickers are one of our fastest products. Order before 11am and you can collect the same day from our E1 5LQ workshop, often within a couple of hours for straightforward runs. Free same-day collection; free UK delivery too.

What artwork do you need for a sticker?

A vector file (SVG, AI, PDF or EPS) prints sharpest, but a high-resolution PNG at 300dpi also works well. We send a free design proof before printing so you can check the size, cut line and colours first.

Custom stickers: a short guide to choosing the right one

Most sticker orders go wrong at the ordering stage, not the printing stage: the wrong material for the surface, a size that looked fine on screen, or artwork with no bleed. This is what we check for you, and what to decide before you upload.

Which sticker for which job

All of our stickers are printed on vinyl rather than paper, so the question is never "will it survive" but "which finish suits the surface". The quick version:

  • Die-cut stickers are cut to the outline of your logo. Best for laptops, packaging, merch and anything where the sticker itself is the product.
  • Vinyl logo stickers in a standard square, circle or rectangle. Cheapest per sticker and quickest to apply, which makes them the default for packaging, order boxes and handouts.
  • Transparent stickers print your artwork on clear vinyl so the glass, bottle or jar shows through. Use a white ink layer behind light colours or they will look washed out.
  • Holographic stickers shift colour under light. They photograph well and suit limited runs, launches and creator merch.
  • Bumper stickers and car stickers use a thicker outdoor PVC with UV-stable inks, rated for years outside and car-wash safe once bonded.
  • Product labels on a roll for anyone labelling more than a handful of jars, bottles or boxes a week.
  • Sticker sheets put several designs on one kiss-cut sheet: the sticker peels, the backing stays whole. Good for planners, kids, events and merch bundles.
  • Window and wall decals and anti-slip floor decals for shopfronts, offices and events.

Die-cut or kiss-cut?

A die-cut sticker is cut right through vinyl and backing paper, so what you hold is the shape of your artwork. A kiss-cut sticker is cut through the vinyl only, leaving a square or rounded backing around it. Kiss-cut is easier to peel and cheaper on sheets; die-cut looks better as a single item and is what most people mean by "custom stickers". If your design has thin points, fine text or a detached element, we add a small contour border so the cutter has something to follow, and you see it on the proof before anything is cut.

Sizes that actually work

Sizes are measured on the longest edge. A 50 mm sticker is the laptop and water-bottle size; 75 mm reads across a room on packaging; 100 mm and up is signage, vehicles and shop windows. Below 30 mm, small text becomes a smudge, so keep anything under 40 mm to a logo or a word. Every sticker product lets you enter the size you need, and the price updates as you type. Single large stickers go up to A3 on the die-cut listing; larger graphics are printed as decals.

Indoors, outdoors, or in the dishwasher

Standard laminated vinyl is water-resistant, UV-resistant and scratch-resistant: fine on a laptop, a fridge, a shop window or a parcel that gets rained on. Outdoor PVC, the material on our bumper and car stickers, adds a thicker film and a stronger adhesive for years of weather. Dishwasher use is the one place vinyl struggles over time; for water bottles and lunchboxes we recommend the laminated name labels and a hand wash where you can. Tell us the surface when you order and we will say if the material you picked is wrong for it.

Artwork: what to send

A vector file (SVG, PDF, AI or EPS) gives the sharpest edges and lets us cut exactly to the outline. A PNG with a transparent background works well too, as long as it is at least 300 dpi at the printed size, which for a 75 mm sticker means roughly 900 pixels across. JPGs print fine but cannot have a transparent background, so they suit square and circle stickers rather than die-cut. Leave 2 to 3 mm of plain background inside the cut line for anything that must not be trimmed, and avoid lines thinner than about 0.5 mm. If a file would print badly, we tell you before it does, and if you only have a logo as a flat image we can redraw it as a vector.

How many to order

Most sticker products are sold in packs, with the pack size and the minimum stated on the listing; single large stickers are available on the die-cut product. The unit price falls as quantity rises, so a pack of 100 costs far less per sticker than a pack of 10, and for 500 or more it is worth asking for a quote. A sensible first order is the smallest pack that covers a month of use: it lets you check the finish on your own packaging before committing to a bigger run.

Timing

Every order gets a free digital proof. Once you approve it, production takes one to two working days, with a paid next-day option when a date is close. Standard UK delivery is free and takes three to four working days after dispatch, or collect from the Spelman Street workshop in London E1. Repeat orders print from the same file with nothing to set up again.
